my friend and I have now decided perhaps a cria is nibbling on the top knots...although that is a lot of nibbling. I looked up iron in the water and it shouldn't be a problem except for the looks of the water! Although we don't know all that much ab…

Hi Cynthia,
I'm glad you liked the head, though I think I have two heads on the site. Both are sons of Snowmass Nova's Inca. The older one is Sgt Preston and the new one is Charley Russell. They were almost identical as crias.

Hi Cindy! I just had 2 crias born in Oct. I am very happy about that. I am participating in an arts and crafts show this weekend and I sure hope I sell more than I did the last 2 years. I am still waiting for my first sale on etsy. It's starting to get embarassing. I admit that although I have had an account for over a year I didn't always have any product on there but I've seen others with many sales in just a few months. I am going to do some advertising on ravelry. I plan to target groups that spin so that I can move more fiber with less work involved.

I am expecting 2 more crias very soon. I wish I could pinpoint the time more accuratly but oh well. These new crias will be my first animals for sale. I am very excited.

I hope to post new pictures soon but today I am preparing for the show tomorrow. I think that my pistachio girl may be pregnant. My fingers are crossed.
It was nice to hear from you bye for now.

Thank you Cindy. I saw a movie once long ago where there were happy happy animals on this little farm and a girl who loved them all and cared for them and i thought then that one day , that would be the name of my farm. This little farm of 6 acres has been truly blessed with an assortment of creatures but especially the beautiful Alpacas. We have 26 now and three more expected this year! What a wonderful life!

Hi Cindy! Do you think he could really be put with a Bred female even if he is not gelded yet. He is very docile and sweet and also he has been with female goats his whole life and no funny business. He is only 10 months.
