Hey,
Well I would just watch that it is a good stream.. as long as its not dribbles (which could mean a UTI or blocked ureter...)
We have had boys get UTI (Urinary Tract Infections..),
Might not hurt to run some bactrum if it continues or gets wors…

I would also look at fecal first.. Worm loads or cocidia can slow them to a stop..
If not that then a good chance that it is a thyroid issue.. and she may remain small.. we have seen a few around us, and 1 here that had thyroid issues and total max…

Sounds like a foot abcess, We have seen them.. clean well with betadine and get it as clean as it gets! we have used a paste that contained Epson salts to draw out the swelling.. also banamine for pain.. : ) If it is open at all ? try to express any…
