Tell us more about yourself!
We purchased our first alpaca 3 years ago, prior to moving to Japan. Over that time period we have put together our "foundation herd", all agisted in the States. We are now back in Texas, settled in...and have all our alpacas moved to our acreage. Loving every minute of it.....especially those mornings with my cup of coffee, watching MY alpacas in the pastures grazing......glorious!!

BATH TIME !!

We think we have... a 20 acre equestrian farm with a 15 stall barn that has living quarters, seven pastures with 5ft no climb fencing, a 40x60 metal utility building and a 3 bedroom craftsman style house built in 2004! We are still $150k away in price but it is one where we can move our furniture and alpacas and enjoy a cup of coffee the next morning!

I called all the farms where we are agisting and told them "I really feel like we are getting our $4 per alpaca per day fee monies worth with it being in the teens with a wind chill around 0!! Makes us glad to be agisting!

Jeannie...thanks for the welcome! We are agisting our alpacas at three different farms and are currently searching for the "perfect farm" as we have been for 1 1/2 years now! We can't wait to get them where we can wake up and go hang out with them each day! Looks like you did pretty well in finding a great farm! Thanks, Jerry

Hey there Jeannie girl. Where the heck have you been? Hoping that all is well and you are just so busy getting everything set up you do not have time to get online. Been thinking about you , I know there has been some awful weather your way, well it seems everyones way as of lately. Chime in when you get a chance.
Still waiting for Ellie to deliver her first. She was due May4th but is holding out on us of course. I even chose not to go to the Spring show as that was her due date and this is going to be her first, and the first out of our Chewpaca. Getting very very anxious!
Hope to hear from you soon dear.
